Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Paid plans and renewal

Starter is ₹249/month plus 18% GST (₹294 billed) for a single business and Growth is ₹499/month plus 18% GST (₹589 billed) for up to 5 businesses. You can pay monthly, quarterly (5% discount) or yearly (10% discount); the period you select is charged when you buy. If you authorise auto-pay at checkout, the same amount is debited at the end of each period until you cancel, and Razorpay notifies you before every debit.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from Plans & billing inside your dashboard, or by emailing info@prestigeintelligence.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 93416 30325. Cancellation stops all future automatic debits; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Refunds

• Duplicate charges, failed-but-debited transactions or technical billing errors are refunded in full.
• If a monthly renewal is charged even though you cancelled before the renewal date, we refund that charge in full.
• If you contact us within 7 days of an unused monthly renewal (no reviews generated in that billing cycle), we will refund that renewal at our discretion.
• Partly used billing months are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may add a few days). Raise refund requests at info@prestigeintelligence.in with your registered email and payment reference; we acknowledge within 48 hours.

5. Chargebacks and service suspension

If an automatic debit fails, we retry it and may suspend the account until payment succeeds. Please contact us before raising a bank chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly.
