Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, optional phone number, password hash (we never see your password in plain text).
• Business data: business name, city, category, Google review link, branding and location details you enter.
• Customer feedback data: star rating, selected tags, answers, generated review text, and — only if the customer voluntarily provides them — their name and contact details.
• Payment data: plan, amount, GST, transaction and mandate references. Card, UPI and bank credentials are collected and stored by Razorpay, never by us.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP-derived approximate location and usage events needed for security and analytics.

2. Why we use it

To create and secure your account, deliver the review journey and AI drafts, process payments and recurring mandates, provide analytics, send transactional emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with tax and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer feedback to advertise to your customers.

3. Voice input and AI processing

Voice input is transcribed in your browser; we store only the resulting text. Feedback text is sent to our AI provider solely to generate the draft review and is not used by us to train public models.

4. Who we share data with

Only with processors who help us run the service: Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Razorpay (payments and recurring mandates), our AI model provider, and our email delivery provider. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as theme. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, access is restricted by row-level security so a business can only read its own data, secrets are stored in a managed secret store, and administrative access is limited and audited.

7. Retention

Account and feedback data is retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after closure, except invoices and payment records which are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax law.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate a person to exercise your rights, by emailing info@prestigeintelligence.in. We respond within 30 days. Customers of a business should contact that business first; we will assist as its processor.

9. Children

Starloop is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
